MORE JANISH !! Me and my girlfriend ordered 2 Pad thai, first, $ 31 plus the tip of the delivery man, biggest ripoff ever, secondly, it took 1 hour and a quarter to be delivered to the house, outside rush hours, thirdly, pad thai had no sauce .... they were without sauce, i didn't even think it existed. And even when calling to report the error, the girl on the phone was stupid, made no apologies, and offered no compensation. If I could have put zero stars I would have done so. I strongly advise against.

Over an hour waiting for my delivery. Cold and incomplete order. I contacted the restaurateur to let him know about the event and the service was at the same height as my delivery, cold and incomplete.

They give you a 15 per cent discount coupon on delivery, but the minimum amount of delivery arrives below for you to buy something more. Nothing marked on the discount coupon. Most of the dishes tarry below with the discount so it's a beautiful stick ... One time out of two Sherbrooke are errors ... Not strong when you just order a asssti not Thai beef

Kind staff but tasteless food

I was very well told about this place. Unfortunately, they do not offer delivery (+/- 5km). With a newborn baby, delivery is the key 😉I will change my bill when I have the chance to taste. (P.s.I had informed myself before and they told me to offer the delivery)

We take advantage of the delivery service ... we love to eat in a box with the kids

Too expensive for what it is. The pad Thai was too sweet and far from quality. The dumplings with peanut sauce are passable. I prefer Thai express by far.

Similar to "Thai Express" in Montreal. Food is good, and service is quite fast, but quite expensive for what you get. Overall good experience.

Their meals are excellent. The employees are nice. The delivery is quite fast. The portions are good. Ordering by phone is difficult ... the line is not good, but it is doable!

We liked the Beef A L'orange as it is very tasty while the Pad thai was just ok! Price is a bit on a high side with the type of food that is being served.

Very good service when ordering but disorganized cashier who does not give back the exact "change" and who runs everywhere doing anything ... bad experience due to the fact that my order was not for me but a colleague and that I find myself to be a thief because of the bad calculation of the cashier ...

Good choice of dishes. Taste rather pleasant but not exceptional. Very courteous and friendly service but a little expensive for a lunch menu.

The food is good, but service is slow for a fastish food place.

We ordered at 7:45 p.m. and called back at 8:45 p.m. because we still had not received our order by delivery. The employee told us that the delivery man was on his way. However, at 9:45 p.m. still nothing. We called back and the employee told us that the restaurant was closed and that his delivery man had finished his shift. The employee did not apologize and he simply said that the delivery man had made all of his deliveries. No discounts either. Very disappointed especially as a regular customer of this restaurant which is less than a kilometer from my home.

Serious I find it a shame. He is right next to my house! I went to order about 5 times a spicy medium chicken padthai. It's still expensive as a dish and it's still scrapper. 1 time I was much too spicy, and the other 4 times, no kind of hot sauce. Last time was the icing on the cake. I'm going to 21:05, thinking it would take maximum 5 minutes. I must have waited 40 minutes to have a not spicy padthai. The staff is super nice, but the service really not the expectations of the customer.

Very good at what they do; sadly I prefer Thai expresses General Tso chicken better. Crunchier and feels like actual chicken meat.Thaizones General Tso chicken tastes like soft fried chicken nuggets with General Tso sauce.

I've gone here many times and I always have trouble getting service! But this last time was far worse!!! I went in at exactly 4:45 and I waited for 3 minutes in front on the order counter while employee were in the back giggling and having a good time and a delivery guy sat on a bench in the dinning room playing on his phone!

I just had 2 dishes delivered and the deliveryman sent me for a walk because I did not tip (at $ 31 for 2 small dishes I thought that the tip was included) and after that he told me to look carefully in my dish before eating. Of the 35 times I have ordered these my thanks I have never been so insulting.

The food is okay but not actual thaï food. It's a simple fast food.

Probably the best general tao chicken I have eaten for a long time. impeccable service too.
